VILLA BAPAK
This private, Balinese styled holiday villa is wonderfully positioned in the centre of Sanur, a relaxed beachside suburb in the South East corner of Bali.
It is located in a gated beachfront compound, just a 75 meter walk to the ocean. If you are looking for a well located rental, with access to all the local facilities, then this Villa is a wonderful choice.
Villa Bapak is a 2 story Balinese styled building with a large garden and pool. On the ground floor is the living/dinning room, kitchen, and main bedroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are two more bedrooms and an outdoor balcony with seating for 6.
The living dining room contains two comfortable 3 seater lounges, with side tables, two sideboards, a Smart TV with streaming services, sound bar, and a 6 seater dining table, It has ambient lighting provided by lamps and soft overhead spots. The area is open to the outdoors and surrounded by garden plants. It is cooled by a large ceiling fan and two wall fans, and can be enclosed with bamboo drop down blinds.
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second and third bedrooms are located upstairs. one has a king-sized bed (that can also be configured as a twin) and the other has a queen bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers, large wardrobes, smart tv's and in room safe. the main bedroom ensuite also has a bathtub.
The Villa is wonderfully decorated with a large variety of Balinese art works and curiosities collected over time.
The swimming pool is 8 by 4 meters, and has two access steps and a hand rail at the shallow end . It sits just outside the living/dining room, providing a lovely outlook from within.
There are 4 sun lounges with 2 large umbrellas and an outdoor table with seating for 6 . The pool area can be fenced off should you be concerned for your child's pool safety. (this is an additional service.)
The kitchen facilities in the Villa include a large refrigerator, a three element gas cook top, a fan forced oven, a microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, frypans and saucepans, a coffee press and teapot, crockery, cutlery, glasses, a filtered cold/hot water dispenser....everything you need for self-catering.
There is a large variety of restaurants and bars close by, a supermarket just a short walk away, and the beachfront within 100 meters.
Maximum occupancy for this villa is six guests, including children and toddlers. we can add a cot for your baby's needs.(this is an additional service) and we limit the number of babies at one, and children under seven years at two.
