This is a beautiful bamboo building with a yoga floor that looks out to sea. This eco-friendly yoga shale is open daily and there are classes twice a day, with more being added now that tourists are coming back. The shale also offers retreats and teacher training opportunities. Classes start from A$10 for drop ins. Schedule.
Free Beach Yoga
BYO mat and show up at Pantai parang on any day for free yoga classes. These are in Indonesian, but you can easily follow along and its FREE!
Free English-speaking classes are also available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in front of the Hyatt at 8.30am.
