VILLA BAPAK
This private, traditionally styled holiday villa is wonderfully positioned in the centre of Sanur, a relaxed beachside suburb in the South East corner of Bali.
It is located in a gated beachfront compound, just a 75 meter walk to the ocean. If you are looking for a well located rental, with access to all the local facilities, then this Villa is a wonderful choice.
The Villa is a 2 story building with a large garden and pool. On the ground floor is the living dinning room, kitchen, and main bedroom. Up the staircase to the first floor are two more bedrooms and an outdoor balcony with seating for 6.
The living dining room contains two comfortable 3 seater lounges, television with streaming services, sideboard and 6 seater dining table. The area is open to the outdoors and surrounded by garden plants. It is cooled by a large ceiling fan and a wall fan, and can be enclosed with bamboo drop down blinds if needed.
The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a king-sized bed. The second and third bedrooms are located upstairs. one has a king-sized bed (that can also be configured as a twin) and the other has a queen bed. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have adjoining en suites, with walk in showers. There is a bathtub in the master en suite.
The Villa is wonderfully decorated with many local art works and curiosities collected over time.
The swimming pool is 8 by 4 meters, and has two access steps at the shallow end. It sits just outside the living/dining room, providing a lovely outlook from within.
There are 4 sun lounges with 2 large umbrellas to relax under and an outdoor table and chairs. The pool area can be fenced off should you be concerned for your child's pool safety. (this is an additional service.)
The kitchen facilities in the Villa include a large refrigerator, a microwave, a two element induction cook top, a fan forced oven, toaster, kettle, frypans and saucepans, a coffee press and teapot, crockery, cutlery, glasses, a filtered cold water dispenser....everything you need for self-catering.
There is a supermarket within short walking distance from the villa, and many of the local restaurants provide a delivery service.
